2020 Mardi Gras Regatta PHRF Weekend NOR
As a new fleet in New Orleans, we are promoting the New Orleans Yacht Club's Mardi Gras Regatta (noyc.org). We have four E's in our fleet which is enough for a class race.
There are two weekends of racing.
The first is PHRF: February 29, 2020 – March 1, 2020. This is the weekend immediately after Fat Tuesday. So come for the week and see parades and race. E scows can race with a PHRF rating of 54. If enough boats register, we can have a OD class.
The second is One Design: March 14 – March 15, 2020. We will have a fleet of the local boats.
Then several of us go to Sarasota Midwinters (10hr drive).
I can arrange boat storage between regattas and til Midwinters.
